We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Corporate Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and organizational skills, with a solid understanding of corporate compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing corporate documents, coordinating document legalisation, performing due diligence checks, liaising with company directors, scanning and maintaining secretarial files, obtaining company searches, and ordering corporate documents. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate a basic understanding of invoices and billing processes, as well as possess a basic understanding of corporate structures under law.

  • Fluency in two languages is essential; knowledge of a third language will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar corporate administrative role is required.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines are necessary.
  • High level of professional integrity, credibility, and loyalty, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
