  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
