The Global Head of People and Culture plays a pivotal role in fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture within an organization. This strategic leader is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading workforce planning and organizational design efforts to support scalable and sustainable growth
  • Enhancing and leading the performance management framework to support a high-performance culture
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports organizational goals

In addition, this role involves:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align the people and culture strategy with the company's mission, values, and growth plans
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • Relevant HR certifications or qualifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) are a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role within international and multicultural organizations

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Maintain confidential information in a professional manner
  • Prioritize and perform a variety of tasks on short notice within demanding deadlines
