MIRA Search is on the lookout for a People Partner to join an awesome international IT company based in Limassol, Cyprus.

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing product company that's been creating top-notch Fintech and iGaming solutions since 2017. You'll be the People Partner across all teams—basically, a champion of everything that makes working here great. From welcoming new joiners and navigating team dynamics, to keeping HR processes smooth and meaningful, you'll be involved in it all.

Your day-to-day might look like:
  • Partnering closely with team members to support them through every stage of their journey with the company;
  • Solving employee-related issues with a thoughtful, pragmatic mindset;
  • Using data and feedback to offer real insights and smart solutions;
  • Keeping internal comms lively—welcomes, milestones, shout-outs, and all the good vibes;
  • Coming up with creative ways to build and boost company culture;
  • Helping shape and evolve HR policies and practices;
  • Making sure everything's organized and HR records are on point;
  • Creating clear and useful HR reports.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience in IT (you've seen the full employee lifecycle);
  • Confident English skills (Upper-Intermediate+), both spoken and written—you'll be chatting with international teammates;
  • Someone who's open-minded, approachable, and genuinely enjoys working with people;
  • Strong analytical thinking and a knack for problem-solving.
