Key Role Summary

This is a vital position within the organization, responsible for overseeing accounts payable. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in relevant software systems.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post entries to general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Verify vendor balances and underlying balance sheet accounts to support the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements.
  • Process payments and verify supporting documentation, ensuring proper approvals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in accounts payable department (1-2 years)
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain complex spreadsheets
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
