Nous recherchons un Conseiller Clients afin de renforcer notre équipe.

Ce poste consiste à établir et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients premium, ainsi qu'à leur proposer des produits personnalisés adaptés à leurs besoins.

L'objectif principal est de garantir la satisfaction des clients et de contribuer à l'amélioration des services.

  • Surveiller la satisfaction des clients, recueillir leurs retours et contribuer à l'amélioration des services.
  • Présenter des produits personnalisés et expliquer les principaux avantages adaptés aux besoins des clients.
  • Résoudre efficacement les requêtes des clients en collaborant avec d'autres départements si nécessaire.
  • Garantir le respect des niveaux de service convenus, des termes contractuels et des procédures internes.
  • Comprendre les objectifs des clients et travailler stratégiquement pour les aider à atteindre leurs cibles.
  • Rester informé.e des tendances du secteur, produits de trading et évolutions du marché.

Compétences et qualifications requises

Nous recherchons une personne dotée de compétences et de qualifications suivantes :

  • ">Qualifications
  • Français courant (niveau C1) avec une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et parlé obligatoire.
  • Diplôme universitaire en économie, commerce ou domaines similaires.
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en relations client, ventes, développement commercial ou support client dans le secteur Forex ou du trading en ligne ou crypto obligatoire.
  • Solide compréhension des marchés financiers, produits et instruments de trading.
  • Familiarité avec l'analyse technique et fondamentale.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et gestion du temps.
  • Capacité à gérer des clients premium tout en maintenant une relation de confiance à long terme.
  • Esprit autonome et orienté vers les objectifs.
  • Passeport/Carte d'identité d'un pays européen ou carte de résident à Chypre.
