Streamline Client Onboarding and Enhance User Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of strategies that drive efficient client onboarding and account management within our Client Portal. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in product management, preferably within the Trading or Fintech industry.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding strategies underpinned by a strong Product Vision, clearly defined Outcomes (OKRs), and an aligned Product Roadmap.
  • Analyse and improve the user experience throughout the onboarding process, from initial registration to account activation and beyond.
  • Ensure seamless integration with KYC/AML systems, payment gateways, and other relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with engineering, compliance, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute A/B testing strategies to enhance conversion rates and improve user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address pain points in the onboarding funnel.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and share knowledge across teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within a Trading or Fintech environment.
  • Strong understanding of the client onboarding process, including KYC/AML procedures, with a strong track record of driving and delivering positive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyse data, and translate insights into product requirements.
