
Partnerships Product Manager

We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-Time Partnerships Product Manager to join our team - a certified Great Place to Work.
This is a hands-on product role driving the strategy, development, and optimisation of our IB & Affiliate Portal. You will collaborate across business development, technology, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a best-in-class experience for our partners, supporting acquisition, engagement, and performance of our IBs and affiliates.
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Responsibilities:- Defining the overall vision, strategy, outcomes and roadmap for the IB/Affiliate portal, aligning it with business goals and market needs
- Gathering and prioritising product requirements based on market research, user feedback (from IBs and affiliates), and internal stakeholder input. This includes translating business needs into actionable product specifications
- Define and measure Product Outcomes (OKRs), celebrating success and learning from failures
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure the portal is built and updated according to the defined roadmap, adhering to quality standards, and meeting user needs
- Developing and optimising the onboarding process for new IBs and affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and information to succeed
- Implementing and maintaining systems for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for IBs and affiliates, generating reports, and providing insights to internal teams and partners
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with IBs and affiliates, addressing their needs, and fostering a collaborative environment
- Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that could impact the IB/Affiliate program
- Working closely with the Partnerships commercial team and various other internal teams (marketing, sales, compliance etc.) to ensure alignment and effective support for the IB/Affiliate program
- Proven experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in partnerships, portals, or B2B platforms within the Trading, Brokerage, or Fintech sectors
- Solid understanding of IB / Affiliate business models, partner lifecycle management, and performance optimisation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and market research skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment
- Degree-level education in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in Brokerage or Affiliate Management platforms is a plus but not required
- Customer- and partner-focused mindset with strong attention to user experience
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically
