Partners Marketing Manager

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Partners Marketing Manager in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partners Marketing Manager to lead and execute the global marketing strategy for our affiliate and Introducing Broker (IB) programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in partner marketing within the forex or broader financial services industry and will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, engagement, and performance through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for affiliate and IB channels across key regions.
  • Align partner marketing goals with overall business objectives and revenue targets.
    
• Campaign Development & Execution
  • Work alongside with the Digital Team, Content Team and Design Team for the creation of campaigns to recruit, activate, and retain affiliates and IBs.
  • Oversee production of marketing assets (landing pages, email templates, banners, etc.) tailored for partners.
  • Launch performance-based and co-branded campaigns in coordination with regional teams.
    
• Partnership Enablement & Growth
  • Support partners with customised marketing tools, training resources, and promotional materials.
  • Build and manage a partner communication framework (newsletters, updates, partner portal content).
  • Identify high-potential partners and design tailored marketing initiatives to boost their performance.
    
• Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and analyse partner performance metrics (traffic, conversion, CPA/CPL, ROI).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and partner profitability.
    
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Digital, Compliance, and Regional Marketing teams.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in affiliate or partner marketing within the Forex, CFD, or fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, IB models, CPA/CPL programs, and multi-tiered commission structures.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, partner tracking platforms, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance analysis and ROI reporting.
