Job Title: International Talent Acquisition Freelancers

We are seeking highly skilled International Talent Acquisition Freelancers to join our recruitment teams and oversee our full-cycle recruiting of multilingual candidates. As a top performer, you can expect a management role, double fees, and quarterly and annual bonuses.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the manager to identify ongoing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Job post vacancies in diverse international platforms to attract top talent.
  • Headhunt potential candidates through online channels, including social platforms and professional networks.
  • Screen candidates that fit the required profile and plan preliminary interviews.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Follow up candidates until they are hired for the client.
Requirements:
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, and sourcing.
  • Experience in BPO roles, including customer services, marketing, and sales representatives.
  • Familiarity with Social Media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience working with the European market.
  • Minimum availability of 30 hours per week, preferably from morning to afternoon.
  • English and other European languages (Dutch, German, French, Greek, Italian, Spanish).
