We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional player satisfaction by handling console and account inquiries on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound phone calls, live chats, and emails related to console and network queries.
  • Provide high-level customer service, resolving issues such as account resets and payment inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve KPIs, including AHT, Productivity, NPS, Quality, and Attendance.
Requirements
  • Native Dutch speaker with fluent English skills.
  • High School Diploma and clear criminal record.
  • Friendly demeanor, reliable, and punctual.
  • Proficient in computer and technology use.
  • Strong customer interaction and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer
  • Starting Gross Salary: 1350 EUR per month.
  • Language Bonus: 150 EUR per month.
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 420 EUR based on achieving KPIs.
Relocation Packages
  • Option 1: Arrange own flight and accommodation, receive 1000 EUR from the company.
  • Option 2: Book own flight (up to 300 EUR refund), stay in company accommodation for up to 2 months.
