Sales Retention Agent

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote our company's products and services through various channels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales by providing exceptional customer service and support
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments

Requirements:
• Native or fluent Portuguese speaker, both oral and written, and fluency in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous experience in retention is essential
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with deadlines and targets
• Excellent management and mathematics skills, as well as great objection-handling abilities
• Availability to start with short notice
