Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Retention Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and improving client retention.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients assigned at the initial stage of engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by offering personalized support and assistance.
  • Improve client retention by providing consistent value and fostering trust.
  • Encourage increased client engagement and deposits through proactive communication and strategic support.
  • Deliver training and educational support related to financial trading platforms and instruments.
  • Maintain a structured schedule for client interactions, including calls, follow-ups, and meetings.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills:
  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Experience in Client Retention:
  • 23 years of experience in client retention, account management, or a related sales-focused role, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred but not required).
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
