As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans to identify top candidates who can help us revolutionize the gaming scene.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remotely, to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including extending job offers and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition of new hires.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive and productive collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry and its talent landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
