Financial Services Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant specializing in Financial Services (Payments, Forex, Fintech). This is a remote role based in Cyprus with regular meetings at our Limassol office.

Role Overview

You'll handle recruitment for exciting opportunities within Cyprus's thriving fintech, forex, payments and crypto industries. Your expertise will help connect premier financial services companies with exceptional talent.

  • Graduate-level education is required to excel in this role.
  • 1-3 years' recruitment experience (agency or in-house talent acquisition) is essential for success.
  • You must be based in Cyprus with EU citizenship.
  • Fluent English language skills are necessary; Greek or Russian language proficiency is desirable but not essential.
  • You will work remotely with bi-monthly meetings in Limassol.
Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying top talent for premier financial services companies.
  • Negotiating salaries and benefits packages that meet client expectations.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
