Exciting Business Analyst Opportunity in Financial Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Limassol or Nicosia. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our regulatory technology solutions for the global financial services industry.

Salary Information

The salary package includes:

  • Junior up to 2 years: €17 – 21,000 gross annually
  • 2 – 4 years of experience: €22 – 29,000 gross annually
Job Description

As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to work with our in-house Compliance and Development teams to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our clients. This will involve collaborating on product and project development life cycles, communicating technical requirements to clients, and managing client onboarding data onto our Reporting Hub Platform.

You will also be responsible for supporting clients with daily reporting operations and staying up-to-date with relevant regulatory developments to interpret their impact on client business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science & analytics, mathematics, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of professional working experience in a similar position such as data analyst, data administrator, or risk officer
  • Excellent command of English and Greek language, both verbal and written
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Dynamism and ability to deliver results in a timely manner
  • Team spirit with strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
