Job Description

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the Company's adherence to anti-money laundering regulations. This includes providing support to the Director of Compliance in compliance-related activities, assisting in reporting obligations, and reviewing internal policies/procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AML regulations and frameworks, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure procedures are in line with regulatory requirements. They will also undertake periodic reviews of client files, investigate and escalate any identified risks or breaches, and perform inspections to evaluate the Company's compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the fiduciary sector (ASP preferable)
  • Strong understanding of AML regulations and frameworks
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyse information
  • Excellent research skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
  • Holder of CySEC AML Certificate will be considered as advantage
