
Chief Payments Strategist

This dynamic role encompasses overseeing the entire lifecycle of payment solutions within a fast-paced retail trading environment. A key aspect involves defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure seamless payment experiences for customers while driving revenue growth and market leadership.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in product management, specifically within payments, and possess a strong understanding of global payment systems, including payment processing, money movement, and regulatory requirements.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and articulate product vision, strategy, outcomes, and roadmap.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and planning to launch and iteration.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development, execution, launch, and optimization.
- Possess a strong understanding of global payment systems, including payment processing, money movement, and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate all payment products and processes for compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
- Capture, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payment processing, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, payment service providers (PSPs), and other partners.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to payment processing, customer experience, and product performance.
