Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit an F&B Manager for the Almyra Hotel.Job RoleManage all F&B operations in the Hotel and delivering excellent guest experienceForecasts, plans and controls the ordering of beveragesManages the finances related to the whole process of purchasing equipment for the hotel F&B outlets.Report direct to General Hotel ManagerDuties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the smooth and effective running of the hotel’s Food and Beverage outlets and the co-ordination for various functions, activities, events etcIn charge of the operation, supervision and operational management of all Hotels F&B outletsEnsure that all new employees are given the training and development necessary for their jobs. In charge of the training and induction of all new and existing staff on an ongoing basis in order to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction at all timesOversee the implementation of agreed training plans to ensure that all targets are achievedEnsure that standards of food and beverage meet/exceed expectationsSupervise all Bar and Restaurant personnel, organise work specifications and schedulesEnsure and maintain high standards of service delivery, safety, hygiene, security, discipline and compliance with legislative requirements and the hotel’s Policies and ProceduresMonitor beverage costs, setting prices and analysing financial performancePrepare the annual business plan for the departmentOrganise food and beverage promotions and advertisingCoordinate the ordering of beverage stock and other supplies where necessary and work closely with the Stores, Kitchen and the Cost ControllerRequirementsAt least 5 years of previous experience as an F&B Operation Manager at a 5* HotelBSc Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts Computer literateExtensive F&B knowledge and Financial reports analysis (increase revenue and profitability / P&L)Fluent English is required.
