We are looking for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer  to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing revenue growth strategies for all company products and services;
  • Identifying key areas for revenue growth and profitability;
  • Building and optimizing processes to increase revenue;
  • Developing and managing key partnerships with game providers, platforms, and payment systems;
  • Engaging with B2B and B2C clients to increase market share;
  • Analyzing key metrics to inform strategic decisions;
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis;
  • Initiating the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance user experience;
  • Optimizing monetization and customer retention processes;
  • Developing and managing budgets to achieve target indicators;
  • Representing the company at exhibitions, conferences, and other events;
  • Strengthening the brand and promoting the company in international markets.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in a leadership position;
  • Deep understanding of the market, including licensing and regulatory processes;
  • Proven success in team management and partnership development;
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience with revenue-related metrics;
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus;
  • Strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and results-oriented approach;
  • Willingness to travel and participate in international events;
  • Conversational Russian knowlwdge
