Hudson Group is an international retailer and distributor primarily involved in the sport and fashion wear sectors. The Group's Head Office is in Malta but is also present through offices in Italy, Cyprus, Morocco, Nigeria, Algeria and Greece.

Though Hudson Holdings was founded in 2006, the Group's roots reach as far as back as 1987 when the first pair of NIKE was sold in Malta.

KIABI is France's leading prêt-à-porter retailer with over 10,000 employees of 60 different nationalities. Established in 1978 in the North of France, KIABI revolutionised off-the-peg fashion with the introduction of low-cost fashion for the whole family, a concept which had never been seen before.

As a symbol of simplicity, universality and joy of living, KIABI proposes ranges that are created in France by an in-house team of 56 fashion designers.

About the Role

As E-commerce Manager for the upcoming KIABI online store in Cyprus, you will act as the key interface between the commercial and web teams. Your role is to ensure the online store delivers a seamless shopping experience while driving sales and profitability. You will use insights from customer feedback and performance data to continuously enhance the site and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the online store, ensuring it functions smoothly and meets local requirements (e.g., payment methods, sales policy).
  • Collaborate with commercial and web teams to implement online campaigns and promotions that support business goals.
  • Analyze customer and sales data to provide actionable insights for improving conversion, engagement, and overall performance.
  • Take ownership of customer feedback, ensuring it informs site improvements and online operations.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the website and digital processes.
  • Monitor online performance and report on key metrics, recommending corrective actions when needed.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role in online operations
  • Strong communication skills; able to clearly convey insights and collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, digital marketing basics, and online operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable improvements.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
