Role Description

We're looking for a smart, highly organised
Digital Commerce Coordinator

The role supports the day-to-day execution of the D2C business. As a digital native, you'll work across Shopify, Klaviyo, and other tools to keep campaigns, product updates, and reporting running smoothly. You'll act as the link between our agencies (ads, email) and our internal team, making sure tasks are executed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping the digital engine running reliably.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the Shopify store (product pages, bundles, promotions, tracking links).
  • Assist with campaign execution in tools like Klaviyo (email) and coordinate assets with agencies.
  • Pull performance data from Shopify, GA, Klaviyo, and ad platforms to support reporting.
  • Troubleshoot small technical issues in Shopify or integrations before escalating.
  • Support the Project Lead/Manager with day-to-day coordination of deliverables.
  • Liaise between agencies and internal teams, ensuring content, assets, and updates flow smoothly.
  • Document basic processes and workflows for future reference.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital operations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, email marketing tools (Klaviyo preferred), and social platforms.
  • Comfortable pulling reports and working with Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Basic understanding of digital ads (Facebook/Instagram, Google) enough to speak the same language with agencies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • A fast learner who's comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
