Pafilia is looking to recruit a high-calibre and experienced Business Development Manager with fluency in
German
. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying international business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth in designated markets. This is a key role within our Business Development team, offering strong exposure to global markets and significant potential for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, promote, and manage sales activities to achieve assigned objectives, budgets, and business plans.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Polish-speaking or German-speaking markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international real estate agents, partners, and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs, emerging trends, competitive positioning, and market potential.
  • Prepare and deliver business plans, sales reports, and strategic insights to support management decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate business development initiatives and ensure smooth execution of cross-departmental tasks.
  • Represent Pafilia at international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote the company and generate new leads.
  • Initiate and engage in proactive sales calls and follow-ups with new and existing partners.
  • Develop, negotiate, and close new business deals, ensuring smooth integration with business operations.
  • Support the execution of projects and campaigns within designated market areas.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Real Estate, Sales, Private Banking, or a similar international client-facing role.
  • Fluency in German, as well as excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy and experience working with CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor landscape.
  • Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
