 Requirements: 
At least 2-years of work experience on a similar position;
Highly experienced in Help Desk troubleshooting and problem-solving;
Understanding the principles of the network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP), network, firewall;
Experience working with JIRA/CONFLUENCE;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Experience working wight JAMF PRO will be a great plus.
English - at least Intermediate level.
 
Main responsibilities:
Technical support for office and remote employees;
Setting up new workstations for employees;
Installation and configuration of software, office equipment;
Configuration and administration of office networks;
Control of user access to systems;
Administration macOS, Windows;
Inventory of IT equipment;
Support internal Access Control System;
Troubleshooting.
