We are looking for an experienced
PSP Integrations Product Manager
to own and drive our payment service provider (PSP) integration pipeline. You will be responsible for ensuring integrations are delivered on time, at high quality, and in close collaboration with internal teams, external PSPs, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of PSP integrations from requirements to go-live
  • Coordinate across BDM, Business Analysts, System Analysts, TAMs, Configuration teams, and development leads to ensure all prerequisites are ready and integrations run smoothly
  • Act as the primary point of contact for PSP partners, ensuring alignment and fast resolution of issues
  • Remove blockers, manage risks, and drive continuous improvements in delivery
  • Ensure operational readiness with correct configuration, documentation, and acceptance testing

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PSP integrations, payments, or fintech product management
  • Strong understanding of payment flows (authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, chargebacks)
  • Technical literacy with APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns
  • Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, able to thrive in fast-paced environments

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in iGaming, e-commerce, or other high-volume transaction environments
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, AML, PSD2)
