We're a growing company in the financial services sector, operating several proprietary trading firms and CFD brokerages, as well as managing our own CRM system, TradeBrix, used both internally and by external partners. As we expand our operations, we're looking for a PSP Integration Specialist to strengthen our payments function and support our continued growth.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), sourcing new partners, and ensuring smooth onboarding and integration processes. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient and compliant payment operations across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new PSPs and payment partners
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing providers
  • Oversee end-to-end PSP integrations and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate with technical and finance teams to ensure smooth payment workflows
  • Monitor performance, resolve issues, and optimize processes for efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience in payments or financial operations
  • Proven experience within the forex, trading, or brokerage industry, with a solid understanding of payment flows and operational processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
