On behalf of a technology leader in digital cashier and payment orchestration solutions for fintech, brokers, e-commerce providers, and financial institutions, we are looking to hire a Technical Success Specialist, in their office in Limassol, Cyprus.

About the Role:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will act as a trusted partner for our clients, combining technical expertise with a customer-first mindset. You'll help merchants maximize value from our platform by guiding them through integrations, resolving technical challenges, and identifying opportunities for adoption and growth. This role sits at the intersection of customer success and technical support—playing a vital part in client satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for merchants and partners.
  • Provide responsive support via live chat, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Guide clients through integration processes, collaborating with payment providers and internal development teams.
  • Deliver product training, share best practices, and offer hands-on technical guidance.
  • Monitor client usage, identify adoption gaps, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Manage customer data and interactions in CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Conduct regular QA checks to maintain service quality and operational reliability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve issues, while sharing client feedback to improve the platform.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support, merchant services, or customer success - ideally within payments, PSP, acquiring, or fintech.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to explain solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
