Assistant to the Management (m/f/d)

Location: Larnaca, Cyprus – Remote work possible

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Assistant to the Management to support our team in daily operations and contribute to the growth of our company. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility. As our company expands, this role provides the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership position.

Your responsibilities

  • Support marketing activities (research, coordination, content assistance)
  • Identify potential leads and business opportunities
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining client presentations and materials
  • Perform accounting checks and provide administrative support
  • Support cost planning and budget monitoring
  • Participate in events and represent the company externally
  • Attend industry conferences and support management during business trips (occasionally)
  • Your profile
  • Completed commercial education or currently enrolled in a university degree program (final-year students welcome)
  • First experience in marketing, assistance, or project management is an advantage
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Strong English skills (other languages are a plus)
  • Confident with MS Office and digital tools
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn
