Email Marketing Specialist
to join our team.

The
Email Marketing Specialist
will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage clients, drive conversions, and strengthen brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with data-driven thinking, ensuring that every communication is targeted, relevant, and measurable.

Your role at HFM:

  • Plan, create, and deploy targeted email campaigns aligned with marketing and business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including segmentation, setup, testing, scheduling, deployment, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create engaging email templates and compelling copy.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing (subject lines, content, design, CTAs, send times).
  • Ensure all emails are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver consistent tone and messaging.
  • Maintain email marketing calendar in coordination with wider marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe, deliverability) and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and segment subscriber lists to ensure accurate targeting and personalization.
  • Work with compliance teams to ensure all campaigns adhere to GDPR and relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Stay up to date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in email marketing or CRM campaign management (preferably in fintech, online trading, or digital industries).
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
