Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, your role will be vital to the expansion and strategic development of the partner's business operations in Cyprus. You will:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of partners and retail networks within your assigned area.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and contribute to the commercial growth of the company.
  • Increase brand visibility and ensure optimal product positioning across points of sale.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. marketing, logistics, after-sales) to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics and drive performance.
  • Apply the company's commercial and credit policies effectively across your accounts.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 
    3 years of B2B sales experience
    , ideally in a technical, industrial, or related sector.
  • University degree in 
    engineering, technical, agricultural, or economic disciplines
    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-centric and 
    results-driven
     approach with proven account management ability.
  • Fluency in English
     and 
    working knowledge of Greek
    .
  • Strong digital literacy (Windows OS, Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
  • Valid driver's license
     and willingness to travel regularly across Cyprus.
  • A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
