Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle (prospecting → qualification → proposals → close) for
B2B and premium residential
clients - Build and manage a strong
pipeline
in Nicosia and across Cyprus; deliver
consistent revenue growth - Meet clients on-site, scope requirements
, and present tailored security solutions with the support of our technical team - Prepare
quotations/tenders
, negotiate terms, and close win-win deals - Manage key accounts
, drive upsell/cross-sell, and ensure a smooth handover to operations - Maintain
accurate forecasting/CRM hygiene
and report on KPIs and market insights - Represent Handy's at
events, demos, and partner meetings
Key Qualifications
- University degree in
Business Administration
or
Marketing - Minimum 2 years' sales experience
(business development, field sales, or account management) - Solid
customer service
background and relationship-building ability - Strong
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills - Fluent in
Greek & English
;
driving licence
and willingness to travel within Cyprus - (Nice to have) Familiarity with
security systems/CCTV/alarms/access control
or strong tech learning agility
