As a Back Office Officer, you'll join our Operations team. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. The successful candidate must be able to work the following shifts: 8:00-17:00 and 9:00-18:00. One day per week 13:00-21:00 on a rotation basis and one Sunday per month (paid extra).

Responsibilities

  • On-board clients (approval of clients' applications) based on accurate and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.
  • Effectively follow the procedures specified in the Risk Management and Procedures Manual Regarding Money Laundering (ML) and Terrorist Financing (TF) and adhere to the AML Client Acceptance Policy.
  • Handle all client requests submitted via FxPro Direct related to their profile (e.g., new documents, email change requests, residential address updates, account/profile closure or reactivation).
  • Approve additional trading accounts.
  • Set up Powers of Attorney between clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
  • Manage and review Corporate Accounts, including verification of corporate documentation and ongoing monitoring.
  • Conduct ongoing World-Check screening on existing clients.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with office and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
