Product Operations Specialist
to join our team.

The
Product Operations Specialist
ensures smooth product launches and updates by collaborating with product, marketing, IT, and regional teams. This role is crucial for managing product readiness, requests, and cross-departmental communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and triage incoming Jira tickets, ensuring requests are clearly scoped and assigned appropriately.
  • Execute operational tasks such as campaign updates, testing account setups, and T&C versioning.
  • Coordinate closely with Product Managers and Regional Heads to support project roll-outs and regional needs.
  • Monitor ongoing activities and ensure alignment with internal deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation in Confluence for campaign workflows and procedures.
  • Participate in sprint and planning ceremonies as the operational point of contact for assigned areas.
  • Escalate complex or unclear requests to the Team Leader for prioritization and resource planning.
  • Analyze request patterns to propose workflow optimizations or process automation.
  • Support daily communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
  • Act as a regional account manager by maintaining relationships with internal requestors and guiding ticket resolution.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing), additional language will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana can be considered an advantage.
