We are looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Limassol

About the position
: we invite you to become a part of our sales team as Retail Sales Consultant. Creating a unique experience and services for our customers you will work with premium brands, including Apple, Bang & Olufsen, and Loewe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfillment of a personal sales plan (by income, by product groups)
  • Customer service in accordance with company standards
  • Consulting (including technical information) clients on products, selection of the most suitable product, cross-selling based on corporate standards
  • Processing incoming calls to the offline and online store and communications in online chat and messengers
  • Sale of old stock, focus positions and services
  • Registration of sales, refunds, invoices, etc. in accounting software
  • Work with the cash register and compliance with cash discipline
  • Work in CRM system (ordering missing items, issuing goods to the client upon pick-up, pre-ordering goods)
  • Preparation of goods for delivery, filling out accompanying documents
  • Compliance with the rules of merchandising in the store

Requirements:

  • Relevant working experience in similar positions in retail (or in HORECA)
  • Experience with premium products and prestigious merchandise, including a personal approach to clients
  • Fluent English. Knowledge of Greek and/or Russian language will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
