We are seeking a professional and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
  • Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
  • Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and photocopying.
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

Qualifications

  • University/College diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience as a receptionist, office administrator or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Proficiency in Microsot Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
