We are an Italian Fine Jewelry company known for craftsmanship, timeless beauty, and contemporary elegance. As we expand into the Cypriot market, we are seeking a professional with excellent command of the Greek language and strong interpersonal and sales skills — someone who could develop into a Country Manager role in Cyprus.

About the Role

  • The role begins with a
    high commission-based structure
    during a
    3-month probation period
    , aligned with the Christmas season — a critical time for luxury sales and gifting.
  • The position requires
    3 fixed hours per week
    to attend a weekly business-meeting with local entrepreneurs and professionals. This is a paid commitment. The selected candidate will represent the brand alongside other business professionals, to develop leads, connections, and business opportunities.
  • All other work hours and tasks are
    customizable and can be managed remotely
    , allowing flexibility and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand in the Cyprus market
  • Build and manage client relationships, sales opportunities, and local partnerships
  • Participate in networking events and business-meetings as the brand's designated representative
  • Support growth of brand awareness and market presence in Cyprus

Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek (ability to communicate effectively in Greek is essential)
  • English proficiency: minimum
    B2 level
  • Proven experience in sales or client relationship management preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, with a sense of professionalism and entrepreneurial mindset
  • A strong interest in luxury design, jewelry, and Italian craftsmanship
