PR & Communications Specialist – Limassol, Cyprus

A rapidly growing international business is seeking a
PR & Communications Specialis
t to lead the development of its public image and external communications strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will take ownership of PR initiatives, build strong media relationships, and play a key part in shaping the company's voice in the market
.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and implementing PR strategies that support the company's brand and growth goals.
  • Creating compelling press releases, media pitches, and public statements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry and financial media.
  • Coordinating interviews, press events, and speaking opportunities for senior leaders.
  • Monitoring media coverage and reporting on PR effectiveness.
  • Supporting thought leadership initiatives and external content development.
  • Handling crisis communications when needed, ensuring consistent and professional messaging.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of proven experience in PR, ideally within finance, fintech, or trading sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with a track record of successful media engagement.
  • Strong understanding of digital PR, social media, and influencer engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • A background in financial services PR or knowledge of financial markets is highly desirable.
  • Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
