Corporate Administrator

A newly established law office in Limassol is looking to hire a Corporate Administrator. The role offers the chance to work directly with the lawyer heading the practice and to grow alongside the office as it develops.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and format corporate documents, agreements, minutes, and resolutions
- Assist with company filings at the Registrar of Companies (HE forms, annual returns, etc.)
- Draft and respond to professional emails in clear English
- Support KYC/AML procedures by collecting and organising client documents
- Keep records and track deadlines
- Liaise with banks, clients, and public authorities when needed
- Oversee basic office administration
Requirements
- Punctual, organised, and attentive to detail
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Proficient use of MS Word and professional email communication
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Previous experience in a law firm or corporate service provider will be considered an advantage
