Emerald Zebra is working closely with a regulated Forex Company and seeking to hire an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead its marketing strategy across Europe. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a high-growth environment and be part of the founding team in Cyprus, with strong prospects for career advancement.

The successful candidate will drive integrated marketing campaigns, digital performance, and brand positioning across the EU market. This is a role for a creative and strategic marketing professional with a deep understanding of financial services and a passion for digital innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning by develop and implementing strategic marketing plans to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition across Europe.
  • Oversee the design, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email).
  • Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all touch points, both regionally and globally.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging client needs.
  • Set KPIs, track campaign performance, and deliver regular reporting with data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and global teams to align marketing goals with business strategy.
  • Collect client feedback and market insights to refine messaging and improve user journeys.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory frameworks (especially CySEC and CFD guidelines).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams across different regions to adapt and localise global campaigns for European audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or campaign management role, preferably within financial services, FinTech, or the CFD sector.
  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies (Google Ads, SEO, paid social, marketing automation platforms).
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Understanding of the financial markets and regulatory marketing restrictions is a strong advantage.
