We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Institutional Sales professional. This role will also take on the role of Head of Brokerage for regulatory purposes under CySec. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, promoting our suite forex exchange products and services, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients, understanding their unique trading needs and offering tailored solutions.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Proactively reach out to prospective institutional clients and foster partnerships.

Market Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date with global financial markets, macroeconomic trends, central bank policies, and geopolitical events that impact currency markets. Offer market insights to clients and position products effectively.

Product Offering:

  • Provide clients with a range of products. Understand and communicate the advantages and risks of these products to clients.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Trading, Risk, and Research to deliver optimal solutions and address client needs. Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Provide clients with regular updates, trade ideas, and analysis on the market, including technical and fundamental insights. Prepare internal reports on client activity, market conditions and business performance.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure all business development activities are compliant with internal policies, industry regulations, and relevant market rules. Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all trade and client interactions meet legal and regulatory standards.

Head of Brokerage – Regulatory & Oversight

  • Act as the firm's CySEC-approved Head of Brokerage, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Oversee the operation of the dealing desk, order execution, and risk controls.
  • Ensure best execution standards are met and documented.
  • Liaise with CySEC and external auditors as required.
  • Supervise brokerage staff, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
  • Provide reports and updates to senior management and the Board regarding brokerage operations, exposures, and compliance matters.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in financial markets, or prior sales experience with a keen interest in Financial markets and trading platforms must be evidenced.

Education:

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the Financial market and trading products.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficient in using trading platforms, market analysis tools, and CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
