The Role
This role focuses on identifying and developing business opportunities across international markets, building relationships with institutional clients, and promoting the company's advanced Fintech solutions.
What would you be doing?
- Develop and implement business development strategies targeting global clients.
- Identify new opportunities and drive client acquisition across institutional and Fintech sectors.
- Promote the company's technology solutions, including liquidity aggregation, low-latency connectivity, and hosting services.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
- Represent the company at key international industry events and conferences.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Your Profile:
You are an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong technology background and global market experience.
What are the requirements?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development or sales in financial technology (bridging tech expertise essential).
- Proven global market experience understanding the needs and dynamics of institutional clients across various regions.
- Solid technical knowledge of trading systems, APIs, FIX protocol, and low-latency environments.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing the full sales cycle independently.
