Aristo Developers, one of the leading property developers in Cyprus, is searching for a Real Estate Sales Administrator to join our growing team in Paphos.

The Candidate:

The Real Estate Sales Administrator should be a goal-oriented team player with excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, including managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential buyers, providing them with the necessary information and guidance to make informed decisions.
  • Be able to handle telephone calls and emails professionally
  • Be in direct contact with supervisors and colleagues regarding procedures within the sales department

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (both verbal and in writing) is a must
  • Knowledge of Greek, Russian, Mandarin, Hebrew will be considered an advantage
  • Experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft Office will be considered an advantage
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
