Purpose of Role/Summary: 

We are looking for a copy-first creative leader who can define our voice and make it magnetic. You will be a brilliant writer and people manager. You will craft the words that inspire, sell, and build trust, while leading a team of talented English and Arabic writers. Just as important, you will be highly organized, able to run projects, juggle priorities, and keep the team operating at a high level.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the brand's voice in English and Arabic: confident, precise, high-quality, and approachable
  • Write high-impact copy across the app, website, campaigns, ads, and product launches
  • Translate complex trading features into simple, sharp, and motivating messages that drive action
  • Track and apply cultural trends and language cues to resonate with our target audience
  • Lead and mentor a team of writers, ensuring clarity, creativity, and consistency in everything produced
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to speed up repetitive tasks, gain insights, and produce more and better work
  • Collaborate with marketing and design to build experiences that feel modern, distinctive, and conversion-focused
  • Keep projects on track: create calendars, set deadlines, manage workflows, and ensure smooth execution
  • Contribute to big creative concepts for brand launches, activations, and partnerships.
  • And any other duties required by the role

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of marketing writing experience in fintech or tech brands.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • A portfolio of copy that stands out: campaigns, landing pages, product messaging, and ads
  • Experience with performance marketing and writing that drives measurable results
  • Strong organizational skills: able to plan, prioritize, and manage workflows effectively
  • Understanding of audience psychology and ability to tailor messages to different markets
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor other writers
  • Able to inspire through words while delivering with structure
  • Availability to work in Cyprus or Jordan or willingness to relocate

Further Info: 

  • Working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday / 08:30 – 17:00 Sunday to Thursday
