We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our growing support team, for full time on-site employment in Nicosia, Cyprus. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our users, providing technical assistance, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth experience with our software. This is a great opportunity to become one of the first contributors to our team's new generation of innovative offerings.

Key Requirements

  • Manage communication with the clients and internal teams to agree and finalise assigned projects, coordination of daily support tasks.
  • Become fully versed in our systems and processes.
  • Guide users through features, configurations, and best practices to help them get the most out of our software.
  • Product requirements gathering, design and development of reports, SQL scripts to solve customer-specific problems
  • Work efficiently and responsibly either alone or as a member of a team within the frame of our company's professional standards and approach.
  • Installation/Upgrade of our ERP systems at new and/or existing clients.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Degree in MIS, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant degrees, but demonstrated transferable skills are what matter most.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), in both Greek & English language.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • SQL knowledge will be considered an advantage, but is not required
  • Solid personality; Eager to learn & teach.
  • Ability to follow standards and meet deadlines.
  • Be clear and consistent; Give emphasis to detail.
  • Work experience in a similar environment will be considered as an advantage.
