We are now seeking a
Head of iGamingLicensing & Regulatory Affairs
 to lead all legal and regulatory initiatives within this sector, ensuring our clients — and our own business — remain ahead in one of the world's most dynamic and regulated industries.

The Role

As 
Head of iGamingLicensing & Regulatory Affairs
 you will be the go-to authority on gaming law and licensing, overseeing all regulatory, contractual, and governance matters for our iGaming projects. You'll partner with internal teams, clients, and regulators to ensure every licensing process is handled with precision, and every compliance requirement is met — without losing sight of commercial objectives.

This is a senior leadership position, requiring strategic oversight, hands-on execution, and industry gravitas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the legal function for 's iGaming division, setting strategy and ensuring operational excellence.
• Oversee multi-jurisdictional licensing processes, from application to approval, in regulated gaming markets worldwide.
• Advise clients and internal teams on gaming legislation, compliance obligations, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate gaming-related contracts, including B2B agreements, supplier contracts, and white-label arrangements.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators and ensure open, effective communication channels.
• Monitor changes in iGaming legislation globally and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Finance, Business Development) to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Manage external counsel and ensure cost-effective legal operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 8+ years post-qualification experience, preferably with a focus on iGaming law, licensing, and regulatory affairs.
• Proven experience in multi-jurisdictional gaming license acquisition and compliance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, corporate governance, and industry-specific legal requirements.
• Established relationships with gaming regulators and/or deep understanding of regulatory engagement processes.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal precision and business growth.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
