We are a leading сompany specializing in legal support for large international businesses.

We are seeking a Legal Manager to support our iGaming operations Legal Team. The ideal candidate will manage licensing processes, corporate registrations, banking relationships, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations in multiple jurisdictions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with international stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Preparing and submitting forms for gambling license applications in various jurisdictions;
  • Registering and managing corporate entities in international jurisdictions;
  • Opening bank accounts and EMI (Electronic Money Institution) accounts;
  • Conducting legal research on regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for online gambling businesses;
  • Coordinating with regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and legal service providers;
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with team members, clients, suppliers, and partners;
  • Developing, reviewing, and ensuring the implementation of legal policies for the website, including Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies, and Responsible Gambling Policies;
  • Prepare user documentation and respond to legal requests;
  • Monitor and stay updated on relevant legislation and gambling regulations;
  • Oversee compliance and ensure adherence to laws and policies;
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law;
  • 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent research and analytical skills;
  • Strong knowledge of gambling regulations;
  • Professional in Russian and English (level B2+);
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
