We are seeking a Senior Dispute Resolution Officer to join our Dispute Resolution Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving client complaints, maintaining high standards of transparency, professionalism, and regulatory compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone committed to client fairness, regulatory excellence, and effective problem-solving within a global fintech setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client complaints.
  • Investigate and resolve customer disputes promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with departments such as Compliance, Back Office, IT, Risk, and Customer Support to verify information and ensure accurate case management.
  • Ensure all dispute resolutions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Prepare management reports as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and resolutions in compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and suggest improvements to policies, processes, or systems.
  • Train staff on effective communication and procedures to minimize future disputes.
  • Develop templates and standardized responses for handling complaints.
  • Ensure full compliance with the company's internal regulations and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the organization's business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of previous similar experience.
  • Prior experience in FX/Fintech Services is mandatory.
  • Able to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, mostly Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, any additional language will be considered as an advantage.
