We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administration Officer to join our team.
This role ensures smooth hiring operations, manages our ATS, prepares offers, and oversees pre-onboarding before HR takes over.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage and update the ATS, keeping candidate and job data accurate;
  • Support recruiters with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer preparation;
  • Handle contracts, offer letters, and ensure compliance;
  • Oversee pre-onboarding (documents, IT coordination, HR handover);
  • Track and report recruitment metrics;
  • Improve TA workflows and processes;
  • Other admin responsibilities.

Essential professional experience:

  • 1–3 years in HR, recruitment coordination, or administration;
  • Strong knowledge of ATS and hiring workflows;
  • Excellent organization, detail orientation, and multitasking skills;
  • Strong communication and confidentiality;
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian/Russian languages is a must.
