BoConcept Furniture Store in Limassol is looking to hire Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and create
tailored solutions from the BoConcept collection
. - Maintain a strong focus on achieving and exceeding
individual and team sales targets
. - Actively follow the
BoConcept Academy training program
to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills. - Be proactive in identifying opportunities, approaching clients, and suggesting creative solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring loyalty and repeat sales.
- Stay informed about market trends and new developments to provide expert advice and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to reach company objectives.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury sales or a similar high-end environment.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with a demanding clientele.
- A degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field will be considered an advantage, without this being a necessity
