BoConcept Furniture Store in Limassol is looking to hire Sales Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and create
    tailored solutions from the BoConcept collection
    .
  • Maintain a strong focus on achieving and exceeding
    individual and team sales targets
    .
  • Actively follow the
    BoConcept Academy training program
    to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities, approaching clients, and suggesting creative solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Stay informed about market trends and new developments to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to reach company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in luxury sales or a similar high-end environment.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with a demanding clientele.
  • A degree or diploma in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field will be considered an advantage, without this being a necessity
