This role is an exciting opportunity to be a corporate entrepreneur and lead the growth of cutting-edge AI-based products on a global scale.What You Will Be Doing:Develop and execute the overall sales strategy across all major global markets, ensuring alignment with the company's global growth objectivesLead high-value deal structuring and negotiations for big enterprise contractsDrive revenue growth through strategic planning, ensuring sales targets and business KPIs are metIdentify new market opportunities, develop regional expansion strategies, and drive sales in key industriesConduct high-level competitive analysis and implement proactive strategies to strengthen market positioningSet strategic direction for pipeline management and new client acquisitionWork closely with marketing, product, legal, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiativesAbout You:5+ years of sales experience, preferably in transaction monitoring and payments fraud segmentsDeep understanding of the AML/CFT regulated industries, including regulatory frameworks and competitive landscapesDemonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing large enterprise deals, and expanding into new marketsAbility to develop and execute long-term sales strategies while staying agile in a fast-changing business environmentExpertise in structuring and negotiating complex, high-value contracts with enterprise clientsProficiency in using sales analytics, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and data-driven decision-makingExperience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for regional and global expansionBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.What We Offer:Fully remote and flexible working schedule, with access to a coworking space (in some locations).Working with a product that matters.
